Quang is Senior Economist in the Hanoi office of the World Bank. His work focuses on market institutions, public investment management and SOEs.
Prior to joining the World Bank, he was Senior Research Fellow at Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, working on pro-poor growth and labor market issues. Before that, he worked at the Australian National University, where he taught Master Microeconomics and Mathematics for Economics.
Quang holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Australian National University and bachelor's degree in business administration from the Dresden University of Technology, Germany.
