Suhas has been working to help bring more innovation to Vietnam for approximately four years. He was team leader for the World Bank team working on the OECD-WB Science Technology and Innovation Review for Vietnam which was published in November, 2014.

Suhas currently leads the World Bank team that supports the FIRST (Fostering Innovation and Research through Science and Technology) project.

Suhas has an MBA degree from the University of Delhi in India and a PhD from Tulane University in New Orleans, USA.
